The way to make good pancakes, each time

100g plain flour
2 massive eggs
300ml milk
1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil, plus just a little further for frying
lemon wedges to serve (non-obligatory)
caster sugar to serve (non-obligatory)

Factors to recollect

  1. Combine the batter substances with a whisk till clean and lump free.

  3. Put your crêpe pan on the warmth (you can too use a non-stick frying pan) and add a small quantity of oil (use a flavourless oil like sunflower or vegetable oil). Wipe off the surplus oil within the pan with kitchen paper.
