JACK JOHNSON is rewriting the saying, ‘taking part in rugby league takes balls of metal,’ after being left with just one after a painful damage.
For the Newcastle Thunder participant was left in hospital after a testicle exploded in coaching.
The winger suffered the excruciating problem throughout Thursday’s session with the Championship membership.
And after being rushed to hospital, the 23-year-old had it eliminated.
Johnson revealed on Friday: “What a load of b******s.
“Not my best Thursday ever with the outdated testicle exploding at coaching. Had it eliminated final night time.
“Might be again quickly, just a bit bit lighter and because the saying goes, Rugby League wins once more.”
Regardless of his ache and the operation, Johnson is seeing the humorous facet to his drawback.
He even had a cheeky query after his trauma.
He added, maybe hopefully: “PS does the swelling keep? Asking for a pal.”

Johnson was a tryscorer in Newcastle Thunder’s 24-24 draw with Dewsbury final weekend.
And the wing be return to motion quickly, albeit with out his left testicle.
