One Pot Pasta Bolognese – My Fussy Eater

One Pot Pasta Bolognese


Description

  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes

  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 300g dried penne
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Warmth the oil in a big casserole dish on the hob.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, carrots and celery and prepare dinner for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the meat mince and fry till browned.
  4. Add the tinned tomatoes, beef inventory, ketchup and oregano and produce to the boil.
  5. Add the pasta, stir effectively and simmer for 20 minutes till the pasta is cooked.
  6. Stir each jiffy to make sure the pasta doesn’t stick collectively.
  7. Add the grated parmesan and blend effectively.
  8. Serve instantly.

Notes

Leftovers may be saved in an hermetic container within the fridge for as much as 2 days and reheated within the microwave or on the hob. This recipe can be frozen. Defrost within the fridge in a single day.
