Nadine Dorries has criticised Liz Truss for the prime minister’s need to scrap insurance policies from Boris Johnson‘s premiership.
Ms Truss has rolled again insurance policies such because the privatisation of Channel 4, of which the previous tradition secretary was a major backer.
Ms Dorries, who supported Ms Truss within the management election, tweeted calling for a normal election.
“To take away [Johnson’s] insurance policies, [this] doesn’t match with what is predicted of a democratic state. It would not ship out a great sign… In our unwritten structure there is no such thing as a precedent for this,” Ms Dorries advised LBC.
