WPC is situated in Faculty Park, MD, inside the NOAA Middle for Climate and Local weather Prediction (NCWCP). The NCWCP is a extremely collaborative atmosphere containing a number of NOAA organizations, together with the Environmental Modeling Middle (EMC), Ocean Prediction Middle (OPC), and Local weather Prediction Middle (CPC).
