Crystal Palace defender Joachim Andersen has obtained loss of life threats after being headbutted by Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez.
Nunez, making his residence debut, was proven a straight purple card for violent conduct within the 1-1 draw at Anfield on Monday, that means he’ll miss Liverpool’s subsequent three matches towards Manchester United, Bournemouth and Newcastle United.
Andersen slammed Nunez for his stupidity following the incident, though Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp determined to goal a dig on the Denmark worldwide.
Andersen, 26, has now revealed that he and his household have confronted loss of life threats on-line following the referee’s resolution to dismiss Nunez after 57 minutes.
‘Received perhaps 3-400 of those [abusive] messages final evening,’ Andersen posted. ‘I perceive you help a workforce however have some respect and cease act robust on-line.

Talking about Nunez’s purple card after the match, Andersen stated: ‘The entire recreation I sat actually near him, I irritated him loads and did effectively towards him.

Klopp was not pleased with Andersen’s antics, accusing him of making an attempt to get Nunez despatched off.
Nunez joined Liverpool this summer season from Benfica in a £85m deal and has been tipped for a giant season an Anfield.
A video of him in pre-season went viral, that includes poor taking pictures and wayward passing, with rival followers accusing Klopp’s aspect of overspending on the participant.
