This Wednesday Dennis Atherton is coming over from Bolton to provide us a speak about Californian Pelagics and Western Birding at Bangor Birdgroup.
A rush flight to catch the final Pelagic of the season on this planet well-known North Pacific waters round Southern California, after 26 hours with no sleep i then go on a bumpy boat to be stranded at sea for 12 hours on the lookout for birds, And who mentioned Birders are mad? After trying out the ocean birds I spend two weeks up and down the California shoreline on the lookout for all of the speciality birding on provide, From the seas off San Diego to the Mountains of California and at last on the lookout for the elusive California Condor in Santa Barbara, Condor Nation.

At Bangor Chicken-group we meet on Wednesday nights within the College of Bangor Brambell Constructing, Deiniol highway reverse Asda simply down from the Practice Station. Prices are £2 per assembly (non members), and even higher be part of as a member. Membership prices are as follows- Waged = £15, £12 for concessions and free for Bangor College college students.
