CNN has been sued by manufacturing music agency Freeplay over allegations that the previous used tracks from the latter’s music library with out licence.
In keeping with a lawsuit filed within the US courts, the information broadcaster used Freeplay music to soundtrack a minimum of 283 segments that aired on its CNN Philippines, CNN Indonesia and CNN Chile channels.
