BREAKING: Dowden Resigns

His resignation letter spells out he believes the celebration “can’t keep on with enterprise as common,” although seems to take full blame. He concludes:
“I need to emphasise that it is a deeply private determination that I’ve taken alone. I will, as at all times, stay loyal to the Conservative Celebration.”
