The Arts Institute, College of Plymouth and Southbank Sinfonia have introduced a composition competitors as a part of ongoing celebrations of the inaugural season of Musica Viva concert events at Levinsky Corridor, College of Plymouth.
The 2 companions have opened the competitors to UK candidates beneath the age of 25.
