Three Cardiff care staff have been shortlisted for a prestigious nationwide award.
Sujjata Singh and Fe Harris who work at Ty Enfys Care House in Pentwyn and Kathyrn Sanders who works at Regency Home Care House in Ely have been shortlisted for the Sara Berrio Care Champion, Care Housekeeper and Care Newcomer title on the Nationwide Care Awards.

The Nationwide Care Awards, first established 24 years in the past, goals to recognise and have a good time the perfect individuals within the long-term care sector.
The Sara Berrio Care Champion award seeks to acknowledge a person who has gone above and past and made an actual distinction to the lives of others.

Sujjata who has labored on the residential, nursing and dementia house since 2009 stated:
“It’s an honour to be a finalist for this particular award. I’m privileged to be in a job which permits me to make a distinction to someone’s life each day.”
Fe stated:
“I’m each stunned and excited to have been shortlisted for this award.
“To really win the award would be a recognition of the dedication of not solely myself however of all my colleagues at Ty Enfys who attempt to make a distinction to our residents’ lives each day.”
Kathryn stated:
“I’m completely thrilled to have made the finals on the Nationwide Care Awards. I used to be delighted to be nominated and am completely gobsmacked to make the finals. I’m extraordinarily happy with the position I play inside our house and am so honoured to be representing Regency Home on Saturday night time.”
The winners of the Nationwide Care Awards will probably be introduced at a glittering awards ceremony at Park Plaza Westminster on Saturday twenty sixth November.
On the similar ceremony, the care operator which owns Ty Enfys and Regency Home, Hallmark Care Properties is shortlisted for six awards together with Care Group of the Yr, a title it scooped in 2021.
