- 350 grams (12 1/3 ounces) canned tuna
- 1 kg (2 1/4 kilos) potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium onion
- 200 ml (about 1 cup) tomato pulp
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 200 ml (about 1 cup) béchamel sauce
- 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) whipping cream
- 25 grams (1 ounce) grated parmesan cheese or grated mozzarella cheese
- Salt (to style)
- Water to cook dinner the eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying
