A person was shot and killed after he swung a baseball bat at an individual who cleans windshields at intersections for money, Baltimore‘s police commissioner mentioned Thursday.
The 48-year-old man who was shot was driving by means of an intersection close to Baltimore’s Interior Harbor within the afternoon when he encountered so-called squeegee employees and had a heated interplay, Commissioner Michael Harrison informed reporters.
