Water has been my conduit: it has sharpened my imaginative and prescient, given me permission to experiment and continues to introduce me to new methods of seeing.
Generally a profession might help us to organize for what follows; in George Kalantzes’ case he was nicely conscious of the significance of planning forward for retirement. Along with persevering with with a long-term outside curiosity, he determined to renew an early ardour for pictures earlier than ending work. Each have helped to construct even larger reference to the 2 elements of the USA that he is aware of nicely, and apparently his diary is as full as ever. Past the intimate panorama and the summary element, there’s a beguiling softness to a lot of George’s photos which I believe you’ll take pleasure in.
