Ginger Hen Curry
- 500g Hen Breast [Diced]
- 30g Ginger [Grated]
- 1 tsp Delicate Chilli Powder
- 20g Purple Hen Eye Chillis [Stalks sliced off, halved]
- 1 Onion [Diced]
- 1 Garlic Clove [Crushed]
- 1 tsp Floor Cumin
- 1 tsp Floor Coriander
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 400ml Hen Inventory
- 150g Fats Free pure yoghurt [Room temperature]
- Pinch Salt
- Low calorie cooking spray

Mix the rooster, ginger and 1 tsp of chilli powder in a bowl with some salt, and put aside.

Warmth the a pan over a medium warmth and a few low calorie cooking spray.

Stir within the onion, garlic and chillis and fry for 7-8 minutes till evenly browned. Add somewhat water if the combination is sticking. [For less spice, add less chillis here]

Combine within the cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika and the tomato purée. Cook dinner for 2-3 minutes till the paste has caramelised.
