Planning Consent Granted for 36 New Houses in Carmarthenshire


Pobl Group has been granted planning consent to construct 36 new properties on land south of Dol y Dderwen, Llangain, Carmarthenshire. 

The location is located within the common and quiet village of Llangain which is nestled between Carmarthen City and the favored village of Llansteffan which lies roughly 4 miles to the south on the south coast of Carmarthenshire.
