Set across the sixth century in Scotland, this story relies on an Irish warlord who turned a king of Alba (Scotland). The story opens with Aedan, a regional prince underneath a curse from an historical goddess who fears that he and his folks will flip away from worshipping the outdated gods in favour of the brand new Christian faith.
The curse will flip Aedan right into a cat if he touches a girl, thus stopping him from creating youngsters. Aedan retreats to reside within the woods, the place he meets a mysterious lady. He each fears and is intrigued by her.
