With little or no flowering in my backyard lately, I took a two week break over the festive interval.
So what crops are waving hey as we speak?
Beginning with this pretty vibrant pink Hyacinth, only one from a bowl given to me as a festive present. The others are slowly rising.
Second picture goes to this white number of Jasmine. This was given to my husband two years in the past for his April birthday when it was in full bloom. I’ve taken a profitable slicing of it. Neither flowered final 12 months, however now each are budding up this January.
Third picture is of some ‘thriller’ bulbs capturing up. My greatest guess is that they’re bluebells, however as that’s fairly early, they might be Hyacinths. I can’t keep in mind the place I planted all the things, so they are going to be a shock after they flower.
Not far-off from the thriller bulbs, the flowering currant is forming buds.
Fifth picture goes to the yellow winter Jasmine which is brightening up a picket fence.
Lastly is a splendidly ‘out of focus’😏Polyanthus in my favorite purple color.
